It was common practice for Patriot Title (PT) to perfomr title services for clients with high-risk (low credit scores) clients for various, national lenders but then siphon off the contact information into a private database so they could contact them via PT's own mortgage company. This is ILLEGAL in many states, but at the least unethical in any state. This company continues to harrass after being told repeatedly that the adult they are looking for doesn't live in my home. I was a member of the Bodyplex Grayson at Moon Rd and 20 for a couple of years, coming in the morning early enough not many people get in there before me. I began noticing issues with the cleaning services, like members blowing their nose with tissues they stuffed inside the cup holders and left when they were done and they stayed there for two weeks. The worst hotel on the planet. Billed as an extended stay. Day 2 of my stay I woke at 6 a.m. to get ready for work. There was no hot water, I called the front desk to see what was wrong, I was told that there was a leak in the hotel and a plumber would be here in a "few" hours. There are emergency plumbers everywhere in the US why wasn't one of them called? Radio RNR is a scam. They will contact you by e-mail trying to give you a spot on one of their compilation CDs for $300. Once you pay them, the compilation will never come out. Lisa Rodriguez, the lady you will talk to is highly informative and will build trust. There is a clause in the 'contract' that says the compilation will come out in sixty days.
