Bought a 2005 Town and Country van. Within one year it needed new power steering rack, which was leaking and would not pass inspection. Dealer says not covered, will be 1000.00. I checked online, looks like hundreds of people have had this problem due to defective original power steering rack. Chrysler has not recalled yet, but they did redesign part since. They will not cover their defective parts- do not buy Town and Country minivans before 2010. Ordered an unfinished storage bed from these guys...It arrived on time but as i went to begin the finishing process i discovered bugs in the drawers...tiny but many...I freaked out and called the company they refused to take any responsibility only offering to have someone come and sweep them away. We Located her farm online. Marla King (Rocking K Ranch Quarter Horses) had refernces and was very nice, showed all the "happy customers" she had dealt with from all over the country. Gave us "current" photos and "valid and current" vet paperwork. She even offered to breed the mare to her stud prior to shippiong. Poor customer service….. They take your money when your purchase don't go through, you lose that money, a never get an explanation. And you get the run around with customer service, and so forth. My phone has not worked right since that call. And it just has to be some type of explanation. We were lured in to this scam of getting this calling service through a customer service Rep who spoke our native language. They took $39.99 as refundable activation fee with promiss to refund ASAP if we did not like service. Any way we were unable to make any calls even after 1 week and had to call their customer service multiple times. My 22" LCD Monitor Model 2210LW went bad after only 10 months. I follwed the very complicated process to send it back at my expense to the Westinghouse Service Center for repair or replacement. After several weeks I finally get back a monitor that is not only not the one I sent in (verified by checking serial number), but it is not working and has so many scratches on the screen that even if it did I would not want to use it. AHMSI are nothing but a bunch of crooks. Our trouble started with them in July 2009 when they paid our property taxes AFTER we had already paid them (we were not escrowed). Then they said that WE had to pay THEM back that they would not wait for their refund from the county tax office and then because of THEIR mistake they did a forced escrow, even though we explained to them that they were the problem not us. Mr. Jeff Cutler, owner of Mortgage Source Direct and now with Amerisave Mortgage was my broker of my loan refinancing. He required a .25% of refinancing amount as a deposit whic I paid by credit card. He promised me that he will refund the money when the loan is approved and funded. We made a payment arrangement to pay a past due balance on a water bill that amount to 182 dollars. They said that we could pay 77 dollars and the balance the following week. They took the 77 dollars out of my account that day and then 4 days later shut off our water anyway and then had no one to turn it back on because it was after 5pm. I used H&R Block previously and thought I would try TurboTax this year - a big mistake! TurboTax actually read my tax info from last year but couldn't interpret the approach and forms that were used. Not complicated, my filing is the simplest approach to a self-employment as can be. I received a call in early June of 2009 about getting a grant. I was told that for 1, 150.00 they would find a way to get me a grant for my business. I was charged $19.95 on my credit card by Shopping Essencials without authorization and when I called them to find out about the charge, they've said that I authorized the charge while accepting a "deal" when I purchased an airline ticket through Travelocity.com. I do remember getting an offer for a $20 discount, which I never got. But I thought it was an offer from Travelocity. In Oct 09 I ordered 2 recliners from Three Bros, Vallejo. After delivery in Dec I found the backings loose and leather puckered. Then I found loose stitching in the seat of one. I had a break down on I95 in Greenwich, CT last week. I called AAA and soon, the tow truck came. The vehicle was towed to Riverside Service in Cos Cob, CT. I received the set of DVDs on "Cybill: The TV Series" which I ordered from their website about 4 weeks after ordering. They were shipped from China and they were obviously taped off a TV station called "Oh!" with the station logo in the lower right hand corner of the screen and popups of coming programming.
