I accidentally signed up for this e-platinum card, I called the next day and was told that it was cancelled plus there was a 7 day trial period. On 1/29/10 they took $99.00 from my bank account. I have been asking repeatedly for Winzip to reconsider their policy for "helping dumb users". If you use the current version of Winzip you have to turn off "include system files" for every single zip you create. This company's product is voice mail management for businesses. I've just discovered that they have been charging my Mother who is 81 years old for months for this service on her AT&T phone bill. She doesn't even use voice mail. She uses an answering machine. Got the TomTom for Christmas. Went on a trip last week and tried to use it for the first time. I tried to update the maps online and it didn't finish installing so I aborted after it hung for 20 minutes. We get on the road and it says no maps found. I went on line to sign up for an online busuness. The amount of the package I was to receive was minimal, but it was placed on my credit card. At the end of filling in all the blanks with my name and credit card information there was absolutely no response. No submit button, no verification of my request, nothing.
