This consultant asked me to have sex with her and her husband at a facial party and I told her no! She consistently called me for several days and practically begged me to do this, she even offered me money! Now, I like the skin care product and have found another person to buy it from, but people, please beware of going to this womans condo! read full review »

Cash Net/ online loan
Picturelady January 15, 2010
I recieved a voicemail from a man who said his name was Donald Rogers (atleast I think that's what he said). I could barely understand him because he had a foreign accent. As I struggled to understand his message, I understood him to say that he was with a law firm...something about Orange County...and I Or my attorney needed to contact him immediately. If I did not contact him by the following day he could only wish me luck. I returned his call and he proceded to tell me that I had taken out a loan online with CashNet and never paid it... read full review »

A week before christmas i purchased NON-nicotine strength cartidges for my fiance as a Christmas present since she just quit smoking a month ago and wanted a non-nicotine electronic cigarette in the event she had the sudden urge to smoke. I purchased NON-nicotine strength cartridges and i have the invoice to prove it but instead they sent her MEDIUM strength with the initials med on it. After smoking one of them she realized something was odd and called BlueCigs to check what the med meant. We didnt even see the "med" sticker because... read full review »

Easy Saver / Proflowers
Rod Blumenau January 15, 2010
Trust me, Easy Saver / ProFlowers is still at it (at least as of December 2009)! They charged my Discover card $14.95 per month without any authorization for several months before I caught it. I complained to Discover, who dealt with Easy Saver. Easy Saver told Discover they would send me a rebate, so Discover reversed the temporary credit they had given me initially. But I haven't seen any rebate from Easy Saver, so I'm back at square zero! Will call the number given in the other complaint. Amazingly shady practice in this day and age! read full review »

General Text
Mrs. Dianna Aman January 15, 2010
I purchased a new phone September 14, 2009 and inquired about texting and the charge. I was told they could add in to my service and /or charge me 15 cents for each text. I told them that I may try it first and did so. I did text a few messages. Than I noticed I was being charges in October, 2009 for $9.99. I let it slide that month, but have been noticing a charge each month for that amount from 73299-Generaltext. I went to the Alltel office and disputed the charge. They said they did not charge me and that it was a third party charge. They... read full review »

I am very upset with this company and the way they handle their customers. I ordered the free trial they offered and paid $9.95 for shipping (it came in a first class envelope that weighed only a few ounces.) The way the offer read was very confusing. The product tasted awful and is bulky and hard to handle. I asked for a refund after my bank account was debited $99.09. I was told-no refunds after ten days from the day it was sent out. The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude and insulting. Her conversation sounded rehearsed. read full review »

Highlights - Chase double debited a charge on my account, charged me an overdraft fee. Apparently it happened to a large number of customers. I went to deposit money in my account this morning and discovered to my horror that most of the deposit was absorbed into an overdraft. I checked with the teller at the bank and they told me that the airline had debited my account twice for a recent trip. I received a 9.99 charge on my sprint cell phone bill from clyon, llc I was told by Sprint that it probably originated from me reading (NOT responding to, just reading and deleting) a text message that was sent to my phone by that company. This should not be allowed, it is obviously a scam. I don't understand how it is so well known about (many complaints from others found on the internet) but yet the company is allowed to continue stealing from people. read full review »

I too was mislead by R.L. Stevens. I wish it wasn't true because I think of myself as a pretty smart person. I started my job search approximately 2 years ago.
