Since I am interested in gatting more fiber for my daughter I recently purchased Kraft mac and cheese whole grain version. The price was 30 cents higher per box but hey it was the same box with whole grain so this worth it. When I cooked the box it seemed like there wasn't enough to feed everyone. I ordered two sets of Dr. Bader's books that they sale online. They doubled my order. Their program does not allow for confirmation of the order. They then send you a confirmation email with a noreply address. I made the order on a weekend and they could not be contacted. Through my credit card company, I was finally able to contact them on the next business day. I finally received an RMA and a promise for a full refund. The full "refund" was for books they kept the Shipping and handling which was almost as much as the books. These people are scam artist. I have been a card holder of Emerge (through various buyouts) since 1992. I have never had a late payment. On 11/10/09 made a payment towards my December bill. On December 30, 2009 made another payment. They closed my account saying I was past due from December's payment date.
