I bought 3 cell phone lines thru verizon in december of 2010. when i first got the phones i wasnt using them that often and then in January I started having more problems with my coverage. We just bought a Festiva timeshare. Got suckered into the going on the 90 min tour for the free laptop. Well we went to this said name 90 min tour that ended up being like 4 hours when it was all said and done with for this free laptop. Each person I talked to did not listen to anything I had to say. They simply spoke as if they knew my building without ever coming to it. They cancelled my appointment without informing me of the change, and then tried to charge me an extra $150 for a ladder rental that wasn't necessary.
