I initiated a calling card and a temporary cell phone for my daughter traveling in Israel for one month. The phone number they sent me what not the phone number that went to my daughters phone and they did not figure out the problem for a week. Received a gift certificate but by the time I got around to use it there was an experiation date on it of 10-15-2009. When I called the 800 number they said they would not honor the gift certificate. I recently purchased a very expensive headboard and bed from this furniture store and paid to have them install it. Within a few days time after the bed was installed, the very heavy headboard came crashing down onto the bed. Luckily no one was sleeping in the bed when this hapenned. I ordered the Malika Rug to be delivered to my NYC apartment. The cost for delivery is VERY expensive and they give you a LARGE window of time. I had to hire someone to sit at my apartment to wait for the rug to be delivered so I wouldn't have to take time out of work. They delivered the rug and left. Well upon unpackaging the large rug it was realized they sent the WRONG one! This is a huge inconvenience! They need to get their act together. We had the US window factory change all the windows in our house on 6-5-09, spent $4, 662. There is a lifetime warranty also. They installed the windows and left without checking if all the windows work properly. We tried locking the windows with negative results. I was told upon my termination that I would receive 2 weeks pay on top of my current owed wages + my bonus check for selling additional products that was already 3 months over due. I deleted the network and re-created it only to find that the features I was charged for are not accessible. I've submitted help tickets about this as well and have still not received a reply. I purchased the Ameriwood 4506 ready to assemble pantry. The problems began with the shelf supports, the pre drilled holes did not go all the way through. The pantry backing was cheap cardboard which ripped when removing it from the box. Unable to understand the instructions I called custonmer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes no one was able to help in any way. I have put together ready to assemble furniture before and never had problems like this. My Dell laptop was only 5 months old. The keyboard was malfunctioning, I was getting frequent blue screens which lead to hours and hours of system restores and my DVD drive stopped recognizing disks. I returned it to Best Buy since this is where I bought it. These people are charging back to credit cards without autorization. I have had them take about $100 so far. they need to be stopeed from charging back, period unless they reveal before hand what there intentions are.
