I purchased a 35' Proline Express with a 7.3 KW genset factory installed by Proline. Proline management tells me that when the boat was designed the Kohler factory rep. was standing there watching them installing it and gave it's position, placement and installation his blessing. I sent an email to the consumer services department on 8/24/09. Got immediate automatic "got your email" response from the department saying I would be contacted. Not a word since. Certified Security, based in Jacksonville, Florida, has an automatic renewal clause hidden in fine print in a hard-to-read contract. The salesperson will not point this out. The company does not have to tell you first that they are automatically renewing the contract - they just begin billing you again out of the blue. The consumer has no choice in the matter, even if you write them and give them a 60-day notice, you're still hooked. This company clearly states on their site that they accept paypal as payment to purchase online game gold/credits etc. However once you make the payment they do not deliver, and when you attempt to resolve the issue they tell you to make the payment again with westernunion and only AFTER you pay a second time the will refund the paypal transaction which they have yet done. Aug 28, 2009 I signed up for a 24 hour trial with DATA Money Online. The trial fee was 7.95 that were supposed to be refunded unless making money within 24 hours, which wasnt. I researched the site and found that many people were reporting the company name to be fraudulent. Last week I was entered into a Theo Muran Model event in Manhattan by my modeling school instructor. These guys come in like military men ripping everything out of our house due to flood from a broken pipe. They tear out walls and floors that are dry and run the bill up with the insurance company that's doing direct pay to them. They call the adjuster for authorization and refuse to consult the home-owner. When I ask them to remove a portion of a wall that was directly under the leak (and has turned the drywall pink - a sure sign of water damage) they say, "the walls dry". They advertised a tent for sale that was made out of steel. Tent was purchased as a gift for wife's business. When tent arrived it was checked for damage, all was well. This was July 09. My daughter attended this school for 5 months and it was awful. She did not learn and she was in a class way to young for her. My daughter was 4 and 1/2 and was in a class with 3 to young 4's. While in Sparkles care she was hurt 3 times. She was hit in the face 2 times, both times drew blood and have left scars. She had her finger smashed in the hinge of a door and lost her finger nail. I signed up for a trial, with Google, to recieve a Money Kit for $1.97 and never recieved anything from them so I couldn't cancel the "subscription" without a source to contact. They then proceeded to charge my debit account an additional fee of $4.97. I was able to contact them by phone and have that charge reversed. I purchased an extended warranty policy through Warranty Expert and from Phoenix American. When the TV went in my motor home I contacted Phoenix American and they said they had no information on a policy on my motor home. I contacted Warranty Experts and they said they would get be a policy through someone else. The company they gave me wouldn't answer the phone. Then they said for me to contact my credit card co for a refund. The credit card company said they couldn't because it had been to long. The last I heard was they would send me a check. My Microwave oven caught fire while using the baked potato auto sensor setting on the microwave. The food/compartment area started on fire and flooded my home with smoke.
