I took a new wool crepe pant suit for drycleaning for the first time to this organic cleaners with the specific request that the suit be steam pressed after cleaning. Instead it was pressed without steam, leaving the wool fibres destroyed and that nasty shiney finish. When I brought it back, they did attempt to cor rect the problem by steaming it. To no avail. I called the office and was not told the Dr didn't arrive until 12:30. I came for my appt at 11:30 and was told I needed to wait an hour until 12:30. I recently bought a Oceanic wrist-mount VEO180 dive computer from the LeisurePro on-line store. The first time I tried the computer, it didn't work properly. When I inquried about it, I was told I signed up seven month ago and was billed just recently for the first three months ($10 per month or $30) in my case. Air Coditioning Repair This company is the worst. I called them last October when my A/C broke down and they told me that they didn't work on Air Conditioning problems between Oct 1 & May 1 AND that NO ONE ELSE DID EITHER.
