Why can we not get hold of this company they are ripping people off. I have 3 transactions taken out of my Visa. One for $10.83 US Saying that it was for being a health member. The second transaction is for $4.91 saying VH Access (whatever that is). And then I got charged $91.79 US for 3 bottles I did'nt even order. This is all come from a free trial offer. I contracted with Summit Transport in Selingsgrove PA in May of 2008 to deliver a boat trailer from CT to CA. Paid in advance(my first mistake!)Provider never delivered the trailer, ran me around for months with promises and lies about trailer's location. Finally I had the guy take the trailer back to the manufacturer. Then Summit ran me around for 8 more months with refund promises. Finally I got a small claims judgement against Summit Transport in CA and sent it to the local PA magistrate to get my payment refunded. A real hassle. This is the third time that I have scheduled work through Service Magic and have been stood up. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Three strikes and I am out. The last company was JRP Electric in the Austin, TX area. Do not believe them! I do not need to add moreds to describe the poor quality of these people's work and service. On August 29, 2009 I made me a shopping list of items that I needed so I went to the local WalMart, Store # 0007 located at: 9053 Hwy 107, Sherwood, AR 72120. I went to Rec Warehouse today to look at spa tubs that were on sale. We were going home to measure the patio to ensure that the spa selected would be a good fit. To hold the spa we selected, I put down $100 for the spa. Cetergy denied the check. When I called the 800 number, they confirmed that they have no negative information in my file, but that I fit a "profile". Trans-Plant Transmission Factory in Temoe, AZ is a scam operation. I paid for a transmission to be delivered. It wasn't. I complained, and was told there is NO REFUND per contract. Checking with the Tempe BBB, I found that is a common complaint. My VISA credit card bank isn't helping. The AZ BBB isn't helping. Looks like I'm out $1500. Always check with the BBB!!! I don't agree with putting you in a gown that is too big just to have it altered so you end up spending more money. That is what I felt happened when I bought my wedding gown. The customer service is very poor. I ordered my item over the phone yesterday and gave my card upfront (mistake) and they went for minutes trying to sell me extras. At the end of the automated call I did not know what I’d ordered, what I was getting and what the total cost would be. Friday when I was coming back home. I took the bus at 6.45pm @ Orchard/University. I had a discounted bus pass, The bus driver was very rude and took my bus pass away from me. There is one door that when you open it, the top step is only 5" wide with a huge drop off. It was this step, which I'd never used this door until the weekend I moved into another building that caused me to fall, break my right foot, and I got a serious concussion from it. I also made the mistake of coming across these individuals and "company". I filled a form with all kinds of questions and also I was requested to give my landline telephone number as they would use this to verify I had not stolen the card. That was annoying enough as I have been making purchases for years in Amazon, flight tickets etc without having to stand by the telephone like a spinster. Because I only use it once in awhile, I noticed today a charge of $14.95 for something called Blair Rewards. I have no idea what that is, and never authorized any charge like this. AT&T advertises under "Great Benefits": Online photo and video storage . In the past AT&T used Flickr and gave AT&T users free PRO accounts with Flickr to post unlimited photos and videos. Do not buy an Americast sink. I installed it in June, 2008 and in a couple of months I started to see lots of scratches and grooves even though I live alone and am very careful not to scratch it. I put down a plastic mate in the sink to protect it from the beginning. I called American Standard and they offer no help except to say to use non-abrasive cleaner. My Grtandosn wanted to play and X-Box game and I used my credit card for him to play (1) one game, but everytime he signed into the website to play the game I was charged $12.50.
