I was a guest at this Quality Inn I checked in at 1:30pm and dropped off my bags and went out. Upon returning at 10pm, I found there was no heat in the room, with an outdoor temperature of 5 degrees. I've had a personal experience with this company. Yes, there is retail involved, but that seems to be their main focus. We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel on June 25 & 26 for 2 nights. Downtown Value Inn is a miserable little hotel in Portland, OR. It is very cheap and ok if you want to spend a night there because of traveling other wise don't even think of going there. Collision Masters is the worst automotive center I have been to. I will never go there again. My husband and I took my truck to have some hail damage removed and it was SUPPOSED to be a 2 day deal.
