The expensive pipe was purchased few months back from the company, Wm Kratt itch Pipe Co.. I use this pitch pipe very often so it is need to clean after some days. Well, it is so badly designed that I couldn't clean it properly. And after some days of cleaning it stopped giving out sound, I felt bad for that.My son was very to get it, he used this pipe for playing some times. But I don't feel that it is because of him it stopped giving out sound. I took it to the store but I didn't get any help from their employees, so I could only advise for new buyers do not buy from them if you lack experience of dealing with them. read full review »

I was completely SCAMMED by York Street Properties. I am a real estate investor who purchased 6 homes from them that were sold to me as being completely rehabbed. They showed pictures of examples of the kinds of rehabs they do and listed out all the details. There was a unauthorized withdraw on my account for $33.98. I never authorized any payments to be taking out of my account. I would like for my money to be placed back into my account. I recently submitted several applications for loans but never recieved anything. So why would your company take money out of my account when I was applying for money to be put in there? I am very upset with this matter and need it to be cleared up as soon as possible. YellowPages.com started calling me on Thursday, August 20. At my store to confirm my business information.
My statement was, if you are confirming my information. then you already have it and I will let you know if it's correct. I then responded to the questions with affirmative or Correct, being careful not to say YES to anything
I then confirmed my information with them and afterward hung up to take care of my clientelle.

I went to wal-mart today to pick up my insulin which I do on a regualr basis from this particular wal-mart. After standing in line for 10 minutes and listening to the lady behind the counter tell the pharmacist that she was assisting that one of their co-workers had "no clue as to what she was doing." I held a GM Card issued by HSBC for over 10 years. I never had a late payment. I had accrued over $5, 000 in "GM Dollars". HSBC sent me a letter stating that my credit card was being canceled for the sole reason of "lack of use". I would have 3 months to use my GM Dollars (I could only use a $1500/car purchase) and then they would be forfeited. Jamal tells me order did not go through but he would be glad to process another order. He does not know why I was not notified when 1st order not processed. There are plenty of cheap window companies to sell you what you really want and then you can come on here and complain about them. Should you want a quality product at a reasonable price then give champion a call.

I order a trial bottle of Acai Berry. I canceled any future orders but a few months later receive another bottle and $87.00 came out of my bank account for the pills. I called and was told to send the pills back and I would be contacted. After 4 weeks of no refund or not hearing a word from anybody I called back. I was hung up on 5 times !!! Service engine soon light keeps coming on. This is a new 2009 Versa that has some kind of computer glitch. Purchased on 8/22/2009, drove42 miles and light came on. called dealership and they said to bring in on 8/24/2009 to be checked out. They reset a code and gave it back. Made it 30 miles and light came on. Took it back again!! They still have it and I'm driving a rental. The current management company told me that they took over on March and aren't responsible for refund of the deposit and they told me to contact Bethany Group. Excessive charges after applying for the "trial offer". Dazzle White charged for the trial, plus shipping. Then I received another charge for "Insider Secrets" which was $6.95 plus "International Assessment Fees" charged by my bank.
Smile Brite charged for the trial, plus shipping. Then I received another charge $93.37 plus the same bank fees. I got them to refund all but $30 and am disputing the bank fees.
Whether the product is good or not is irrelevant, they clearly hid the extra charges prior to the purchase. read full review »

Waccovia doesn't post all information on online banking - so that if you make a mistake and forget to write in a check - they charge you 36.00 for the mistake (which is ok) but then they bounce everything else that comes in that day @ 36.00 a pop - it is definitely a racket that needs to be addressed - if they paid all of the others first, there would be enough to cover, but they pay the check (which never did show up on pending transactions) and wack your account for everything. When I canceled through Proactiv it did not cancel the vitamins because they are a "seperate" business.
