Brake Planet / Royalty Rotors is run by a couple of the biggest scam artist in the country. They have ripped off rotor vendors, other brake companies and a lot of retail customers. They will take your money. They will make false promises, there is no billing or refund department. They use aliaes for names, they have different corporations that they open and close. I called the East Brunswick NJ Guitar Center Sunday 8/23/2009 in the early afternoon to order a used guitar amplifier from their "USED" website. I spoke to Cameron and purchased the amplifier and related to him that I would like it shipped out on Monday 08/24/2009. I went to Wal-Mart on Sunday around 7PM and the store was in chaos. It was a tax free day so there were a lot of customers. They have fewer register open and each register has about 10 customers in line. The front of the store was all block by customers in shopping carts and waiting to check out. You can not pass through the store with a cart very easily. I have to maneuver through cramped racks of cloths. I think Wal-Mart is cutting the number of employees to save money. My Frigidaire Ceramic Stovetop fell apart the other day. Heard this huge bang under my stove. I have drawers there, so when I went to open my drawer it wouldn't open. I thought maybe a pan had gotten wedged. So, called for my husband. We found that the bottom of my stovetop had fallen into my drawer. I was in the middle of cooking, when I went to turn off the burners the knobs started coming off in my hand. My husband had to run to the basement and turn off the fuse to my stovetop. This is my second complaint. There has been a unauthorized charge on my credit card in the amount of $50.35 that was taken on August 6, 2009. The company chrpay.com/ducforceide is not a company that I recognized of doing business with on that day and the phone number listed on the bill as a contact number is apparently not a good number because when I called the number 1-800-406-2016, all I got was music. A dear friend of mine went to Asia for AGEL as a paid distributor. Once there his efforts were compromised by lies by the owners Glen and Brent Jensen who kept him in the dark about many details pertaining the products and the direction the company was going.

I am comcast customer for a while for cable as well as internet. 2 weeks before while their technician was working on my neighbor they cut the cable to my house and it took a week for them to come back and fix it even after numerous calls to customer service and 2 supervisors. They don't care if I have service or not. After fixing it the next technician who came to bury my neighbors cable broke my cable again and I was left with no service for another week.

We checked into the hotel on Friday 14th August 2009. The room we were given was a disgusting excuse for a standard room, which was not only tiny, but also not very clean. When we asked for an upgrade, we were told that it would be impossible as there were no available rooms and the manageress was unavailable until the next day. I had a top denture done by this Dentist and her staff. Before the denture was even finished the tech had me sign a paper that I was "ok' with these false teeth. They were rushing me to sign and would hardly let me see the teeth. I found out why, when the denture came back from the lab completed!
