Hands down the WORST customer service I've ever seen! From the initial installation the technician wasn't able to install the alarm panel where I wanted it (after the sales person told me "no problem") The installation was half assed and a poor attempt at best. I ordered two blueberry plants with the bonus of one extra plant in May. I have never received the plants. I have written to the company. I have emailed them several times. I was on a website which promised free two week trials of two products, all you had to do is pay the shipping, I recieved a call that was recorded so they said, to confirm my order for the 30 day trial I told the man mine was for a free week trial do not charge me I only want the trial he assured me that wouldn't be an issue. one was $4.95 which I was charged for and recieved. The other was $0.99 I was also charged, but never received this product. Bought a Long Hair Chihuahua puppy at Darling Pets on Broad St. in Rome Ga, had it a week and took it to a Vet and found it had a heart murmur. On the outside of the Magnavox VHS to DVD recorders there is no mention of needing any other parts to make the unit work or to connet it. But as soon as you open the flaps there is a hazy gray picture of a "external tuner" that must be connected for the unit to work. I called the customer service number for Voicemailtoday.com (1.866.679.2240) and had the charge credited back. Gold Key refuses to acknowledge my timely cancellation letter for their time share. They showed us a luxury time share, even a Penthouse. After they pressured us for nearly five(5) hours, I signed a contract for a time share which they did not show us, but said looked like the one we saw. Totally the opposite!
