The Golba Group and Landmark Maintenance, Do Not Use! I recently rented a home from The Golba Group, and they literally stole my security deposit. The house was left clean and actually several improvements were made, by me. Falsely billed for charges on closing the account rather than renewing it. Turned over to NCO Financial 2 months after closing the account and believing that all fees had been cancelled when I cancelled the account. I had not gone to the facility since March due to an injury to my shoulder from work, so when a friend told me that the facility ha been closed I was surprised. A month later I received a letter in the mail notifying me of this closure and two months later I received a letter notifying me that my membership was to be transferred to a facility quite far away. Today I went to a BP gas station near my work on my lunch break. I pre-paid inside for $20 worth of fuel and I also purchased an item inside the store. I was set on ACH recurring debits for car payments. Our checking account was compromised and closed immediately.
