We purchased two lovely black labs from this kennel, and so far they seem to be healthy. Our main complaint is the lack of customer service. I have called them repeatedly and left numerous messages and no one bothers to return my calls. I did not receive any paperwork on my 2 puppies, until after 4 weeks I finally received their UKC proof of ownership, but it was incorrect. Since the installation of this so called smartmeter, my electricity bill has more than doubled. I have spoken to other home owners who complained about the same problem. I have not purchased any new appliances or changed anything in my home to create this high of a bill increase. In fact, we have change our thermostat to 84 degrees in 104 degree weather. I had received a call from our fleet manager asking for our receipts and records for a particular federal vehicle to find out why there were services optained in another state that was out of our juristiction. Come to find out that they had called GSA recieved a repair order and charged for repairs and services for my vehicle that was never received. Twice atfer aquiring mail service for postal stamp and customer related services. My rights have been violated at this Branch. On August 12, 2009. time 4:52 pm. In my dealings with Beam of Light Technologies, INC. were at first very good. Their product switch faild and they replaced it right away. The second switch on their product failed again. I called them and they said they would replace it again. That was 3 weeks ago. Lost $120.00 to Doba after they charged a restocking fee for an engagement ring that they sent out which was the wrong size. I recently purchased a Spider III 15 watt AMP under the label 'scratch and dent'. When I received the AMP there was little in the way of cosmetic defects. However the main volume adjuster was fixated on the level 2 volume and useless. The 'scratch and dent' was guaranteed to work but 'look' less appealing in order for a cheaper price. I bought a boxed set of Thank You cards, & went back to return them. I knew there were 10 cards and 10 envelopes in the box when I went there. The owner counted the cards, & said there were only 9, & he wouldn't give me a refund unless there were 10. I repeatedly told him I never used a card & didn't know how there were only 9. Some words were exchanged & I left the store. It didn't dawn on me until I got outside, that he must have hidden 1 of the cards when I wasn't looking. Ive been trying to track my package for a week now and the postal company only knows that its in Vermont. I knew the company was in Utah and I am in NY so it made no sense to me that my package would go past the state I am in. I received my receipt but now dowload link. so i called gamestop who directed me to a email address for trymedia because trymedia rents space from gamestop to advertise their products. so i email trymedia, never got a response back as to why i havent been able to enjoy what i pd $10 extra to be able to DOWNLOAD NOW instead of making a commute to the store or waiting for it to be delivered. incorrectly installed a generator transfer switch on my house for the former owner, who never noticed that the meter was running when the power was out and the generator was on. On a recent visit to Saint Rose Hospital Sienna Campus Las Vegas NV emergency room with my roomate who has chronic pacreatitus and has suffered from this disease for 7 years I saw just how little the doctors of St Rose care. r. Eugene Smith performed wrong surgery on my eye. Even on the day of surgery to correct my eye, by their own Dr. MuMullan-she refused. I ONLY received a check for the cost of difference in surgery. I went to Woodhams Eye Clinic and had surgery corrected. I have statement from Dr. Woodham stating he corrected`visual problems from my previous eye surgery.
