This is the worst cable tv company. I called the customer service agents because my cable is not working and they said they would send someone the next day in a 5 hours window. Next day the 5 hours are over and no one has come yet. I call customer service again and they inform me that the appointment was not booked... and I waited for 5 hours for nothing!!! I digitized and traced various pieces of hand drawn logo art for Belltown Boxing. They were on a budget, so I agreed to do the work for $1200. The work was completed and accepted, but no payment has ever been made despite multiple billings and promises of paymets. I ordered a Google CD on-line to teach you how to make money on the internet. I never opened the CD when it came and cancelled. It advertised the cost of $1.97. Then the following months we saw various charges. The only number that I got through to is 1-800-200-5473 and spoke with Rea.
