I returned my five-year old leased vehicle to the required location which turned out to be an Auction House. I was told just to drop it off, they did not examine it in my presence. Don't work for Languagline interpreting service and don't ask for their services. They do not hire certified interpreters and they do not provide necessary training. YOu are expected to know medical and legal terminology overnight. YOu get bullied non-stop and there is no potential for advancement. YOu get paid 11.00 an hour. Our son's class had a certain Ms. Nikki who isn't qualified to teach or work with children. First off, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They not only come in, and do a very quick so they can leave and go onto another house, they charge you extra for recdiculous items. I had to pay extra for them to use a spray bottle on my carpet to clean it. I expected to pay a higher price to use this company, and to get better quality, which didn't happen. Someone at this company is setting the system to call over and over bad numbers and the guy that is in charge of operations is behind it. I feel sorry for the workers who have to put up with calling bad numbers over and over and over and over. File a complaint with the fcc for the workers I hear they work by commission and management lets certain workers call good numbers and harass the one having to call the bad numbers and they are setting it up that way telling them they arent good enough thatw why they cant get good calls. Hello, I received a quote for Car Insurance from Progressive for 6 months as $289.00 and I paid the same amount without making any changes and bought the insurance. But my credit card was charged for $327.00 and received a mail from Progressive. What a floating pile of (&@#!!! This was the worse cruise we have ever been on. The staff and crew are rude (with the exception of our cabin stewards because they wanted their tip). BTW, Norwegian charges $12.00 per person per day gratuity that they don't tell you about in advance as well as an "autogratuity" on any drinks you purchase whether it be Pepsi or alcohol.
