Chose this company for our loft insulation as they had telephoned several times offering their services. They asked if they could come on morning of Mon 7th Feb. I recently discovered that Mr.Versaci is operating an illegitimate business (Global Chimney Sweeps), which nis not insured nor registered legally. I have to add my complaints regarding the Husky 1800 psi power washer. My wife bought it for me at Home Depot about 3-4 years ago. It worked about 5 times before the wand began leaking like crazy! Had problems with my Toshiba Satellite laptop having upgraded to Windows 7 approximately 10 months ago. Toshiba tech support recommended I do a system restore and reinstall the original operating system. This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My son purchased a magazine form the Kapowwe which came defective and never worked. First, you cannot speak to a human being. Bought product online first of august last year. I used it a few times before the season was over, and stored it indoors, following all precautions to avoid killing the batteries. Come spring, one battery wouldn't chage at all, called and getting another one sent to me via warranty.
