I purchased an above ground pool on-line and opted to pay an additional $999.99 for their "Premium" package. After I assembled the pool, I found that I was missing several parts for the pump and filter. I called them and they said they would FEDEX them to me. This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can. I got a call from Merita and she tried to make me join ourgv.com she called several times and asked me to see some senseless videos. she managed to get my debit card number and charged me $25 for nothing. After months, I got to know that they are charging $30 everymonth from my account for website maintenace. This school is one of the worst I have ever encountered. There is no communication between staff/departments and as a result the students suffer. How this school can continue to run is worthy of concern from the community. The entire school is in poor condition. Students are forced to reside in some of the worst dorms imaginable. This company charged me for late fees even though I had paid the payment before the due date. They only allow 20 days to make a payment that would count for that statement. Anything made in the other ten days is applied to the previous statement making your payment late, even though the due date had already passed. Then they raise your interest to 22.75% and charge you late fees of $39. I spoke with several representatives who stated it was in the terms and conditions. They prey on women who get gifts, not knowing the value of these gifts, so they can screw them on payment for much less than its worth. I sent in a gold ring with diamonds and a half carat saphire, a ring I paid $250 for. They offered me $30 for it.
