I had a stopped up toilet. Called Mudbug's only because I know the owner Danny. Had to get on roof to run snake. Mistake #1 they ran snake down wrong vent, got snake stuck for 3 days & never did go down the main line. Next, video inspection, never did see a broken pipe on video. I agreed to pay $1.97 for an online money software kit, and the ad didn't state anything about a free five day trial. Two weeks later my debit card was charged an additional $89.11. I went back and read the terms and conditions, and found it was on a free trial basis, but it also stated that I had to complete an application before being accepted, which I did not. It further stated that they wait 30 days after the trial period to debit my bank account, and they did not. I ordered their trial which was to be 4.95 for shipping but on arrival paperwork said I would be billed 79.90. If I returned the product I owed returned shipping plus 15% stocking fee. I cancelled on their supposed website - gethelp.com and got a response that they received it. Now a month later they are billing me again and the credit card company says I have to honor it as it is a membership thing. What happens to when we have cancelled it following their directions. Dishonesty and Rudeness reign at Heppe's Auto Body. If you want to be charged $400 for having your car towed 15 miles, then call Heppes. If you want to be called 'Stupid' by the owner, call Heppes. I purchased an anti-virus software program online from Herman St. The program is called BitDefender. Gradually my PC started to act up and get slower and slower. The program I use to connect to work stopped working. I didn't realize that BitDefender was the problem until I had tried all kinds of things. Once I uninstalled BitDefender my problems went away. This is a site that sells a World of Warcraft bot but it does not work. The seller of RHABOT is unscrupulous at best, continuing to lead people to believe the bot works when in fact it does not. He offers a 5 day trial of RHABOT, but RHABOT requires the use of innerspace. Innerspace (IS) is not free, so if you are even trying to try out RHABOT you will end up forking over some dough to IS for their software. april 2009 i ordered a sample of this product off yahoo--$2.99. I had a condition known as Rhinophima (sp) in otherwords a bulbus nose. Dr. Burres took too much skin off leaving me with almost no nose. I complained and he tried on 3 occasions to fix the problem. Todate I now have trouble breathing as there is no cartiledge left to hold my nostrils up, they collapse. I now have nose hair growning on top of my nose and the nostils are very uneven. In April 2008, I bought top of the line battery for security and had to wait several hours for installation. Less than a month, battery failed and I had to jump start it. My dog Shady was losing weight quickly and took him to this hospital when we noticed an open sore on his leg. The vet said that it was a mass and he needed to have it removed and would do surgery that night. Otherwise everything looked good. They had many emergencies that night and the vet said the day doctor might be able to get to him that day.
