The insurance company is wanting to refund me that amount of my warranty and leave me with a piece of furniture that is broken and can cause a harm to son. The bed could collapse and cause severe damage to my son. I live in California and they wanted me to go to Texas to choose a new bed when their is an Ashley furniture about 40 miles away from me. I am still fighting this issue since my warranty coverage is good for 5 years. Ripoff when I bought a Proflowers 2/16/2008 item. They claim that I signed off my name, because they had the address. Since then they charged me 14.95 every month. They started 05/30/2008. I purchased a gemstone from gemstone warehouse, a seller on ebay. They claimed that the stone had been appraised by someone with over 30 years experience and that the stone was worth over $3000. They also said that the stone in the photo on the listing would be the stone I was sent. I received a stone a few days after payment. It was clearly not the same stone.
