CCC Recruiting, in the guise of a job recruitment company, targets applicants seeking legal jobs posted on Craig's List. CCC R. has a legitimate-seeming first page 'screening application, ' then lures applicants to a second page where personal and private information, including credit details is sought. CCC R. then asks applicants for feedback on the scam: 'Was it effective?' 'Did page three seem as effective?' etc. This company not only wastes the time of busy, sincere job seekers, but also attempts to ensnare them in a credit and marketing scam. Went to HEB to purchase groceries on 6/18/09. On 6/20/09 went to purchase an item that only cost $22 from an online company. My debit card was declined due to lack of funds. I know I had enough to buy that item so I checked my account online. That is when I found out that HEB double pulled the money from my checking account when I bought my groceries. I called the store and the only "help" that was offered was to give me a different phone number to call in a few days and they might "try" to "investigate" it. This establishment has had many calls of complaints. One of the bosses, will not do anything to correct the problem to the correct people. She only gets onto those she doesn't like. She also like to harass the employees if they don't confine to her ways or do certain "favors".
