I contracted with this company to move property form New York to Florida as I was relocating. My property was picked up on 5/21/09, held in a warehouse for four (4) days, before it was delivered to me on 5/29/09. While unpacking, I noticed that my computer which I packed together with my printer, was missing. I was told my a represtative in loss litigation that our account would not be reported to credit during a time of trying to refi while we were put on a payment plan. $3000 for a Monogram oven and when the timer goes off it is so soft it can't be heard from across the room. The oven has 3 loudness settings, very very soft (almost silent), very soft, and soft. The company sent a trial size but it took it two weeks to get to me after the date that they said they mailed it. Within days they had charged me for a full order of the same product and would not refund it. It took another 2 1/2 weeks for it to arrive. It did not have any information with it when it came, no phone number to cancel. Sanddwich is sloopy and the topping fall all over you and get allover your hand while trying to eat it. You should put a piece of deli paper around the sandwich to keep the extra krap in side. They call you telling you that they can send Oxycontin anywhere or any other drug. They say only payment is western union. They told me it needs to be sent to a warehouse supervisor in the Domincian Republic. The name they give to send the money to is Jenny Peralta Abreu. They claim once the money is received they release the medication from the warehouse from a Las Vegas, NV USA location. I think this is total scam.
