We were mailed a bill from Regional Yellow Pages Online and when we called to let them know we had never used them nor authorized a contract, they told us they had a recording of an employee saying yes to the contract. We refused to pay because everything we can find about the company online is fraud and now they have sent us to collections with ACA Recovery Inc. The people at the collections service are also not helpful or willing to listen to our side of the story---stating "if we took advice from debtors..." I took my wife to this so called lobster house this past Mother's Day, and my wife had clipped a coupon which entitled the customer to get 50% off of one dinner, if a regular priced dinner was also purchased. Well, we both ordered our dinners, ate an 'figured' all was well for the day. The sales people were very pushy and required a signed agreement that day with insulation that day. This website is a bunch of poor puppies being bred purely for profit. No genetic testing goes into her dogs prior to breeding them and she has every mix under the sun. She spends most of her time talking about breeders she has issues with and if you google Sherry Carter breeder Alabama you will see she has a history of issues with breeders that span over a decade. This is a fraudulent website purporting to sell Apple products. They take your credit card information and sell it.
I was contacted by my credit card company minutes after dealing with this website. My rep told me that someone had tried to use my credit card number to make purchases from a designer handbag site.
Fortunately, I was able to cancel my card immediately with no further repercussions.

I signed up with Yak back in Oct 2008. I didn't get my first bill for 2 months. That was no big deal, I thought that is how it was done. Then from Dec 2008 to Feb 2009 I didn't receive any invoices or emails of my balance owing. I started getting calls for suspension, so I called and asked what was going on.
