I ordered a just cavalli bag which was guaranteed to be authentic . The minute I opened the bag I saw it was fake. From the poor quality hardware, which looked used and abused to a cheap generic zipper inside. The hardware rubbed off on the fabric as well by the handles. EDPS Online Warehouse is apparently a scam. I placed an order for $40 worth of merchandise that was to be shipped via UPS in March. Partners Mortgage started as a good company in my experience. At the time they provided the lowest mortgage rates available at the time and offered a zero cost refinance. There whole contract was very odd as there whole deal was a 'BUY DOWN AGREEMENT'. Basically my rate was 5.875% but the loan from the bank was at 7.3%. They basically paid the difference. They tell you all this bull about how you can do this with your tuition reimbursement and how they need a $50 fee to process your application. They process you and then sign you up. In march 2007 we paid a deposit on an off plan apartment in Goa in India through Churchill Innovative Solutions. The developer was called Braganza Constructions and the development itself was called Braganza World. I talked at length with Churchills before buying to satisfy myself that all was above board. This schools faculty lied to each and every person who attended. In my case, and many others, They falsfied who my teachers would be they told us 'famous' broadcasters would be teaching us, that of course was a lie. When we signed up for this company they wanted a lot of pay every month, we talked them down on this and got a fairly good contract we thought. Basically they would guarantee the check and if it was returned to us for any reason they would pay us within 7 working days. I went to Edinburg Post Office for an explanation of why we have not received our mail. We are a Medical equipment facility and work with government and state agencies.
