This company gave me innacurate and outdated pricing data, I offered to show them the data on my phone since I lost alot of money in buying bad books, IE I purchased a book that neatoscanner said that was around 50K in sales rank, then I got home to discover that the rank was around 600K. I bought a whole slew of books like this. When I confronted Neato Scan about this they vehemently denied the error in data and would not even look at the proof that i had, the downloaded database. I purchased many items From DSN in their early years and got some very nice items, but they were inconsistent in quality so some were sent back with no problems. Based on these positive experiences I sent my great grandmother's platinum bar pin to them asking them to source some replacement stones for some that were missing from the pin.
