I was contacted by Vacation Property Service. They explained they were a For Sale by owner advertising company and that they had many clients interested in buying my property. They sent me a package stating they advertised on every single television station from Fox news to Lifetime. I gave them $995.00 advertising fee. They gave me a sale price of $52, 000 and said they would market the property until it sold. They basically did nothing to market my property. According to the latest "rejection of loan modification application" received from the BofA modification department, we didn't meet the federal guidelines they state they are obligated to use to determine if one qualifies for a modification. My landlord purchased this refrigerator for our apartment 2 weeks ago. After a little over one week it began to get too warm in the fresh food section, and I suspected the problem was frost build up. I defrosted the unit and it cooled to the proper temperature (40 degrees) but within 24 hours it was back up to 50 degrees. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler 300 in November 2006. The car was financed for 60 months and at the closing an additional charge was added to cover any addional uncovered warranty. I later found out the warranty increased my payment by nearly 200 dollars per month. They will lowball you with a price for the item you want. A day later you will get an "urgent" email asking you to call about your order. In my case they told me that the camcorder I ordered does not come with a battery or charger ! They then proceeded to try to sell me a battery and charger for another $140. Turns out that the camera comes with a battery and an AC adaptor that plugs into the camera itself which actuually charges the battery. No separate charger is needed. I was mailed the MORE magazine without aking for it. It seems also quite painful to cancel it. First, MORE magazine REFUSED my WRITTEN REQUEST for cancellation, blaming this is outside their control. They referred to a phone number leading to m2mags.com. This outfit in turn has a tricky customer service arrangement... trying to avoid direct cancellations too and referreing to a website. The temp was very bad and he recommended I use a metal nail file to file it off at home, because he wasn't going to come into the office on a Friday to work on me. A month ago we took at Royal Caribbean cruise including the port of Jamaica. My husband and I had heard that the Sandals all-inclusive resort was fabulous. I am not sure how these people got my credit car info but I am now an unemployed single mother who is missing over 100 dollars that is untraceable apparently.
