Bought a Kodak ESP 3200 All-in-One Printer just four months ago following the reported low cost of printing. That is a fraudulent claim, exactly as reported here by another consumer on 3/3/2010. This printer uses an excessive amount of ink. You can see how the ink monitor goes down every time you print a page. In addition, it locks when one of the two cartridges is empty. The product is horrible and the company refuses to refund your money. They tell you that you now own the starter kit and that it can not be returned for a refund!! The cartridges are cheap and impossible to attach to the battery and atomizer without getting the liquid on you. This company called me 5 times, in the last week. Each time I answer there question, I ask not to be contacted ever again. They continue to call. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor, they put a man on line, I asked " who I'm speaking with" and he said something and hung up. The water and ice dispenser on my newly delivered LFX28978SB French Door refrigerator quit working after 20 minutes. The panel showed "ER CF". Stay away from this company as an employee. They are in Chaper XI bankrupcty as of late 2010 and are firing left and right. I had a Lowes credit card account that we kept paid up. I missed one payment due to finacial issues my interest rate jumped to 26.99% I was paying $100 monthly but couldn't get it paid off the amount on the card just kept rising.We always made all of our payments in the store but no matter how much we paid on it the amount never went down. I have a 2003 Saturn Vue and have taken the vehicle to numerous mechanics that cannot explain the problem with my vehicle. Big Local is a HUGE SCAM. They do not do anything to help your company and have an unfair and difficult cancellation policy- you have to mail them a letter, email them, and call them before they will cancel and then they charge you half your yearly contract. They did not have all our information to even optimize our company search and they DID NOT LET us know. When we found out, it took hours for them to promise a refund for one month, which they never gave us. I have a retail store and Yakov and Son Refrigeration were hired to repair the fridge and freezer. They were referred to me by someone who had used them in the past. All I can say is it was the worst job I have ever had done. My fridge used to sit on 38 degrees and was told to get it down a few degrees and the health department would accept this then.
