Just purchased the LG G2X. This phone was $250 with a $50 mail-in rebate. It was a surprise to me that there was NO headset (earpiece) with the phone and also no memory card. Ive purchased many cell phones over the years and at this time with the HANDS FREE LAW there should be earpieces in ALL phones purchased. This is ridiculous! So now I have to spend another $20 for an accessory that should be mandatory in the box. I will NOT PURCHASE one, oh well. The you have to buy a MEMORY CARD. What a rip off!!! I purchased shoes from Soeocean with debit card. When they aarrived they did not fit, so I sent them back, following the instructions. Two weeks later they returned them to me, stating they were worn. THEY WERE NOT WORN! I called the company to no avail. I ordered boots for my children for christmas gifts, the boots were sent in wrong sizes so I returned them registered mail. The boots arrived at thier door and I have proof. The condo that I live in contracts out to Russell Plumbing and on several occassion my husband or I have had to deal with them. This company called me 5 times, in the last week. Each time I answer there question, I ask not to be contacted ever again. They continue to call. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor, they put a man on line, I asked " who I'm speaking with" and he said something and hung up. Stay away from this company as an employee. They are in Chaper XI bankrupcty as of late 2010 and are firing left and right. Skeleton staff asked to do tasks they have not been asked to do or trained to do (sales people doing accounting etc) before. Commissions slashed to bare bones and noo support to gain sales.
