My experience with Orr seems to be the same as everyone else. No returned e-mails, no returned phone calls. Property owner claims that Orr has been paid entire contract less 50K, but Orr won't pay us and won't explain what they did with the money. The bank required no lien releases before handing over funds to Orr, so there is little trail as to who they paid and who they didn't pay. Times are tough enough right now. The IRS site recommended this company, so we used it. The federal return was suppose to be free, but we had to pay $29.95 to get it filed. We did it to insure taxes were filed on time.
