I purchased and downloaded SymplisIT's 'Driver Magic' software. The software does not run at all, and SymplisIT does not respond to any help inquiries. Their web page has no contact information other than a page to submit inquires to, but all inquires that I have made are never answered. I cancelled with Grant Secret Source in 2009 before the 30 day trial was over. In 2010, they charged my credit card $74.95. I contacted them and had the charges credited and was assured that my account was cancelled! Regarding content, they often don't update information unless someone calls to tell them about a traffic snarl in which the caller is stuck (too late to save others from the delay). Hundreds of angry filmmakers are getting ready to sue IMDB for their unfair ratings system. 24 Hour Fitness got rid of one bad manager and they bring in another, wow, place still is not kept up. Are these manager all related? as their attitudes are awful. This club was excellent like many other clubs when they opened, but started going downhill. Rumor has it now that they allow homeless people to shower, shave and use wet facilities. Andersen Windows DO NOT Honor their warranty, they DO NOT Back Up their defected products, which were leaking like crazy. Contractor walked away from the project at the last stage. We had a signed contract outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, time frame, etc, but the contractor never followed the payment schedule and always asked for money without the required amount of work completed. I go to Pets N Pals often to see there pets and buy supplies. Their prices are reasonable, However take terrible care of their pets. The only animals they care about is there dogs, bunnies or cats in the front window of their store. Now that I'm here I see that other people have had this problem - shoulda come here first. I ordered a watch from these guys and it would run for 20 minutes or so, then stop. I would shake it for minutes at a time (to wind it) and it would run for another 15 nminutes, then stop. When I wrote to sales about it, they were very friendly about offering a return, so I sent it out to their address, and suddenly all the nice communication stopped. No watch, no money, no emails.
