My family & I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Lafayette Indiana there were 7 of us. My husband and I could not get them to cook our steak the way we wanted them to, they were taken back several time and finally we decided to order something else, the waiter was very rud to us. Also the music was very, very load thatI could not visit with my family, I asked the manager if he could lower it down and he said yes, well he never did and my family and I had to actually yelled at each other so we could hear our conversations. This company ought to be ashamed of themselves. They promise to show me how to save 2500.00 or more on all you debt, including student loans and charged me 495.00 on 9-29-10. That was a discount off the regular price of 795.00! They sent me paperwork to complete with all my credit cards, their balances and APR which I returned on 10-6-10. When I asked for a refund via the site contact email I was sent a standardized autoreply that did not awknowledge my request but asked for me to wait as it could take up to 30 days to ship. AV Ford claims they were not responsible for engine seize 2 blks after leaving from an oil change. They were willing to give me $1000 on a trade or $200 from a salvage yard. I found a mechanic that would put in a used engine for $1000 and asked Apple Vally Ford to split the cost. They declined and I so asked for them to tow the car back to my mechanic. I am a new customer to Direct Tv. I was sick and tired of Comcost high cost. Switched to direct tv based on their $29.99/month solicitation. Howver since I have switched to Direct Tv it been nothing but hassel. You have to submit a request for rebate. It takes 6 to 8 weeks !!! to process your rebate. Will Turner claims to be a lender, but he is not. He was recommended by another broker as a lender. After sending LOI and asked for $ 4, 500.00 for paper work, title report and appraisal. I completed a 6 week research on my cigarette purchases, which ended on August 9th, 2010. It was clearly stated that checks would have been mailed out 6-8 weeks from end date. As of December 2010, no incentive check, and no responses by email or phone after numerous attempts.
