I stayed at this Hotel for a week and it was the worst in Las Vegas, and they conned money of my credit card. That is why i am filing this complaint. I have been paying NABL (now USCT) for health insurance since Feb. 2010, and they have yet to pay a claim. I have contacted numerous times and been told about an address mix-up and backed-up claims therefrom repeatedly. To date they have not paid a single claim. Our water heater ruptured and dumped 80 gallons of water into our home. It happened at 11;30 PM on a Friday evening. the insurance recommended servpro as the first choice.
