Any website supported by Novarista Holdings Ltd are basically scam sites that lure you to order a free product sample and then bill you for something else that you are ordering behind the scene. You are sent an email invioce right away that does not reflect these pending charges. The trial period commences on order completion and only gives you 3 days to cancel. Only on checking your Credit card bill later do you realize that you have been duped. This law firm is awful. You don't want to hire a firm that is literally handling TENS of THOUSANDS of cases, and each attorney within KEL is apparently expected to handle 500-1000 cases! They have been supposedly "defending" my foreclosure case for over a year. A dishwasher, purchased new from Conn's had hoes that sprayed water in back of cabinet. When I caught it I called for service. Besides their not taking responsibility for the installation or lack of, which is not longer under warranty, which was their fault in the first place, unless I should go into the appliance repair business. I received a writ of garnishment. I fully intend to pay it. When I called in to make different arraignments "Andrew" the agent I was speaking to told me that the balance I owed that was presented on the writ was not the balance I actually owed.
