Dealership lied about a vehicle coming in. They took a $1, 000 deposit to give me the first option to purchase this vehicle. I realized later there was no vehicle. They used this tactic to take me off the market and tie up my money. Promised me a loaner car, but would not actual give me one. I purchased a bunk bed for my son 26 Mar 11, the delivery truck just showed up. As they were unpacking each item I was scanning it for any defects; sure enough every single piece of the bunk bed was defected, scratched, the wood was fractured, and the steps were completely broken. We built a new home in 2002 using Andersen green vinyl clad, double hung windows. The windows started fading right away (after I was assured by Andersen that they wouldn't). After 9 years the fading is significant. Their solution was they would paint them. I bought vinyl clad so I wouldn't have to paint, so I have delayed any decision. We purchased a netbook from eglobalwireless.com and the unit did not power up. We had to pay $10 to ship the unit back to the company before they would send us another one. The second one worked for about 5 hours before dying. I asked the company to refund our money. Not only did we have to pay another $10 to ship the defective product back, the company charged us a 25% restocking fee. So, we paid $119, plus an additional $20 for added shipping costs, and they only refunded us $70. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company if you want to keep your money. I purchased my Bowflex thinking it would be great, the equipment has stood up to the commercial. I have been paying on it now for YEARS. They will not work with me on a plan to get this paid off. You can not pay up your payments, you have to make a payment every month even though one month you may be able to pay up two months payments and if you can't pay the next month you are charged a late fee and in my case with the late I am now over the limit.
