I just tried to revoke my husband and I membership with direct buy and they told me that in the state of Louisiana that I only have three days to cancel a binding contract. I purchased a Stearn & Foster Mattress 6 years ago and paid $1600 just for the mattress. In the 6 years I have had it and had their customer sercice guys out twice. My dog was seriously injuried at this dog daycare center in Austin. He was bit 12 times on his back lower and middle, by another dog, with deep puncture wounds by a pit mix owned by the owners Sonia and Tim. My dog got a serious infection in the puncture wounds and was in the kept on 24/7 watch at the vet's office for 2 months, and it took over one year for him to heal. He had 7 surgeries, and it cost me over 5, 000 dollars. Please be careful bringing your pup here, I have spoke with several other people that have had their dog harmed here. I put in a claim for the Water Heater, they sent a plumber who request to replace because internal leaking. But they said they don't cover the tank even thought the policy said it cover all major parts. The main part of the water heater is the tank, if you don't cover the tank than what are you define here as "all major parts". Recently we purchased a Clearwater Spa hot tub from Poolworks in Orlando. From the day it was set up we had problems with the jets on it. We were not able to turn some of them others just fell out completely. The stereo remote has never worked right. When we called for service for these issues they sent out a tech who worked on the jets and he was able to get most of them working but not all of them. He was never able to fix the stereo issue. My landlord for too long refused to fix my gas problems to the point in which I got carbon monoxide poisoning. Also, there is so much mold in my apartment that the city is shutting my apartment down.
