Contracted Movecorp to ship my goods. They collected - slight hiccup on collection but I can let that slip. Got told goods would arrive end of November at destination port and would be cleared and sent to me. My father was a patient at the Mount Sinai Hospital Department of Rehabitation. Dr Ragnarsson left him to die and was negligent. It was Saturday and the doc was at his country club in Westchester playing golf while my father was left to die in his room. Sales person walked up to my door offereing oil at, 55 cents less than the retail value. He said we could get up to 3 deliveries at this price and that it is not a contract. I asked him again SEVERAL times if this was a contract and he told me no. He said we just needed your name and address. I just want to warn you about Christopher Fortune who sells and claims that he sells authentic nike shoes but when you give him the money, he will lead you in circles saying that the item is backordered or gives you all kind of excuses. my landlord for too long to change the windows in my apartment. I moved in this place in March, and when we were seeing the house, they said they gonna change all the old windows into brand new windows. My dog was seriously injuried at this dog daycare center in Austin. He was bit 12 times on his back lower and middle, by another dog, with deep puncture wounds by a pit mix owned by the owners Sonia and Tim. My dog got a serious infection in the puncture wounds and was in the kept on 24/7 watch at the vet's office for 2 months, and it took over one year for him to heal. He had 7 surgeries, and it cost me over 5, 000 dollars. Please be careful bringing your pup here, I have spoke with several other people that have had their dog harmed here. I am very disillusioned with Ladco Leasing and Elavon processing. I closed my business several months ago, I called both Ladco and Elavon to close the accounts and return the terminal. I signed a years lease which ended in March of 2011. This happened to me today. I got a debit from on my Wells Fargo Checking acct for -$95.52. I had equipment with Northern Leasing from 1998-2002 which was closed and finalized. I still have the same bank acct which is how they debited my acct UNAUTHORIZED for this or any other amount. It also triggered a $35.00 over draft fee as I wasn't expecting. Once upon a time I had a Providian credit card; I never went over limit; I never paid late or bounced checks; I always paid more than the minimum and NEVER had a problem. Providian was bought by Washington Mutual (WAMU) and same story and guess what, NO PROBLEMS. Chase buys WAMU; NOW WE HAVE PROBLEMS! You may have heard there radio ad with Bill Handel on KFI. Do not use this company! The work was completed by a crew of 4 men. Only one of them spoke English and seemed to know what he was doing. I was stuck watching all of them the best I could. I caught one of the workers cutting the pipe and fitting it without "deburring" the edge where pipe was just cut! I stayed at this Hotel for a week and it was the worst in Las Vegas, and they conned money of my credit card. That is why i am filing this complaint. Two years ago I purchased an English Golden Retriever from this AKC breeder in Ohio that goes by” Starr Golden”. The female dog now has hip dysplasia and arthritis (she is only two years old). Dvd The Initiation of Sarah i ordered was of very poor quality. No sound and distorted picture. I was unable to view it. The packaging was also of very poor quality.
