On September 19, 2010, while vacationing in Saratoga, WY, I called Neuman’s RV and Truck Repair, 1423 E. Daley, Rawlins, WY, and spoke with Tom Neuman. I ordered some items from this supplier on 27th Sep 2006. They gave me a tracking number for ems.com.cn one day after. Its now been close to 3 weeks and the tracking number still remains as a NON-STATUS on that website. Calls to EMS has resulted in them telling me there's no such tracking number on hand. A few months ago, I ordered 2 watches from them for gifts, with the thought that if they were good I'd order a larger amount to sell, as they had some nice looking, reasonably priced watches in their online store. This is a company that I believe salehoo has in their directory and a company that I have recommended in the past. I don't use them anymore though and I wanted to let people know why. For items sold in Australia their prices were quite competitive. They always delivered the good and quite quickly, there was never a problem as far as any of that goes. PayPal have to be the most unethical corportate monstere on the net. Along with Ebay their merchandising arm they absolutely walk over the smaller companies. I started drop shipping and had 6 clients that paid via PP. The money was in the account, I sent the goods. A day or two later the account was frozen and payment reversed to a scam artist that claimed false ID used on Ebay. I purchased this item on line. I chose this company because they could deliver the fastest and matched price. Unfortunately delivery took 30 days, not 10 as was promised. The item came unassembeled which was NEVER disclosed on the site. The furniture was poorly made and has a sloppy finish. My husband is "handy" but the engineering and shoddy workmanship make it almost impossible to assemble. The average homeowner would find this almost impossible to deal with.
