The QuickLube lane is anything but quick. Ford Rewards owes me an oil change but the wait at the "QuickLube" has been anywhere from 2 to 5 hours on any day I've tried to redeem it for 11 months. Fees are ridiculous and almost impossible to close an acct. Credit Card--back of statement reads "if full amount paid no incurring interest will be charged." WRONG!!! I purchased Restore Energy a Diabetic Energy Drink. The first thing that i noticed before opening the package is it had this horrible smell. It has been over a month since I received my tax refund which was deposited into a prepaid account with Green Dot. I filed my taxes through Turbo Tax and chose this option because they advertised it as being faster option. The alternative would have been to wait about 4 weeks for the IRS to mail me a check. I fell for their add and ordered teeth whitening products. I cancelled through e-mail within ten days (that was in Nov 2010). My credit card was charged $35.81 in January (plus a FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE of $1.07. When I called, the woman said she would turn it over to billing for a refund. I purchased a B&G generator ib July 2008, I am 68 years old, living on a limited buget. I had to borrow the money to purchase the generaator because I live in the north and power failures are common here. On Feb 11 2011 four of us were to fly from HNL to Kona. When we arrived at 10 am for a 11:30 am flight we were informed it had been canceled due to mechanical problems. Even though they had corresponed with us on email for reservations they claimed they did not have contact information. They made us wait on standby until 8:30 pm before they got us a hotel. The battery charger you sent me does not recharge ordinary batteries as promised. Your so called consumer service number is never available, informs me to call another time, but always gives the same message.A recorded voice informs me that "Due to unexpected high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call now. Beware of major repairs being rediculously expensive! My car needed new head gaskets. When their $3600 estimate (including water pump, timing belt and clutch) morphed into $6000, I paid to have it towed elsewhere. Local shop put in new engine, all above work, etc for only $2700. The service manager was polite, seemed reasonable, but their logic very flawed. They are also charing me for extra work I never requested, authorized, or even knew about until they sent the bill. I was extremely excited by being hired by Virgin America Airlines, but that was short lived. They don't tell you about their INTENSE training until after your are hired. Virgin's motto is "Elevate, Create Wow, and Be Virgin" non of which they do for their employees. During training you must pass each test with 90% or better (makes sense), if you fail a test you have the option of retaking a test 3 times, but you must pass with 100% (again makes sense).
