Do not order any DVD from this website...The quality is terrible, one DVD I ordered does not play at all and the other one paused off and on while running. The sound is also not good. The "tutorial" was nothing more than a series of multiple choice questions and answers and were littered with irrelevant materials, typographical errors, and sited references that were of no use to the exam at hand. The company stated that the tax lien & tax deed site is always up to date and kept current. When in fact the site in many areas had not been updated for over a year. Also, the training video on the site itself talks about how to obtain OTC reports for tax deeds and when I checked out the state of CA then a county in CA. They promised an affordable payment. My payment was not affordable. The amount that they estimated I would need to save over four years would never have been enough to pay my creditors. Their staff was not properly trained and were inexperienced. They were severely understaffed, making it impossible to reach them at times. My settlement coached changed constantly. They recommended I apply for a mortgage modification through their company, for which I was denied. That was another $300. They collected $11, 000 in fees up front for which they did nothing. I got walmart credit card back couple years ago. Not long after I got it, I was thrown from horse and broke my back. I got late on payments. I was on some really strong drugs and just forgot to pay on time. They closed the account so fast when I payed it off, it was unreal.
