Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. Company owner/mechanic took up the offer to trade services for repair work to a BMW ( a head gasket should be simple, yeah right). DRIVE TIME is just horrible. I bought a car April of 2008, had to bring it in two days after I bought the car because it rained and I found leak in the sunroof. My car was made into a mini pool. Took it to Drive Time and they sent me to a shop to fix the matter. It happened again and they fixed it again. Two months after that, the sunroof would not open!!! We have lived at our home for exactly one year. On 8/29 I go get the mail and am suprised to find 2 water bills in our box. One is addressed to us, one is adressed to another couple with our mailing address. Our bill says credit balance do not pay. On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required.
