Called 800 number on appliance and was told basically that it did work. I have not been able to use at all and had to purchase a new one. I have it in original box and purchased at Lowes of Elizabethtown, Ky. I still would like this to work but it does not. I bought some Halloween "Mary Jane" type slippers from Target. The slippers are made of the soft, fuzzy material and have black round treads on the bottom to prevent slipping. I've been a Telus customer for the better part of 12 years with the same phone number. In december of 2005 I signed up for Telus internet service. Apparently it was a 3 year contract. I have Sunday Ticket Superfan, and High-Def programming. This is the second Sunday that I have not been able to receive the Superfan games in High-Def. My HD works fine on the movie channels, and on ESPNHD, but on the Superfan channels it does not. They come in as full screen only (stretched to fit) and standard definition.
