Basically we booked a room for 3 nights in Scottsdale. Thinking we were getting a resort, what we got was lied to and ripped off. This resort apparently has a normal pattern of booking the stay, and putting guests in another hotel with claims of being full. If the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort should ever do this to you, take them up on it and enjoy your visit somewhere else.
