I don't know where to start. They denied my Short Term Disability Claim. I believe it was in bad faith. They said I could work because I was able to sit in a chair. I have shopped Walmart stores here in San Antonio for many, many years, as well as anywhere here in the states that I have traveled. I have never received anything but the most courteous service from any employee, greeter, etc. with whom I've come in contact. I was very disturbed by some of the complaints listed against Walmart, including the admitted thief who was caught stealing (a 21 yr. old mother, no less) objecting to the security guard's treatment! I received a letter in the mail from National Payment Services saying a package waiting for my authorization to be shipped to me. It then says it contains important information regarding Lottery Cash prize instructions specific to me. It gave me a release code that looks like this but with letters and numbers xxx-xxxxx. In a nutshell, we paid to have two seedings, an aeration and fertilizer treatmeant done. They never did the seedings, although they claimed to have done it - they fertilized ouor yard when our leaves had fallen, on a bunch of dead leaves, they never returned our phone calls, they told me that the person who sold us the contract was "just the sales guy" which is hysterical...since he is SELLING THEIR PRODUCT. I ordered two pairs of progressive lens prescription glasses, approximately $120 each. They arrived with some sort of embossed symbol on the lenses, within the field of view. Took glasses to Wal Mart optometrist who said lenses were not properly made, took to Costco optometrist who also said lenses were defective. Called great eye glasses customer service. Curt employee informed me that Costco and Wal Mart were wrong and stamp on lenses was normal. That they could not take glasses back. I am out about $240. I don't know what the deal is with Santander. We went through a bankruptcy and Santander let us pick any car we wanted. Interest was low compared to other banks. We had a problem with the first payment(gave wrong info by mistake) and the payment was denied. We fell 3 days behind before we realized what happened.
