This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

If I remember correctly the last time that HIT designer was used it was still in Beta. It is not supposed to be released until it is running smoothly and a release date to the public. Apparently the customer's are unaware that they are Beta testers. Tell me how the customers' are going to feel when the software crashes their computer and they lose everything. Here are some flaws the coupons are cut out of the sunday paper so your better off just clipping them yourselves...the $50 dollars in gas vouchers are only redeemable in $10 increments over 5 months time...the $25 gift certificate to a restaurant is actually a coupon that you have to spend at least $50 dollars and tip 18% to get the $25 dollars off. I bought a curling iron in October 2010. I got an extended protection plan (which was a waste). The curling iron broke and it is only 6 months old. The cord is bad and the unit keeps shutting off. I called to have it repaired. It cost $29.99 to buy. They want me to pay the shipping to return it to Arizona and also pay for the return shipment. After I pay the shipping, it will cost around 1/2 of what the product cost me. If a product breaks, I should not have to pay the shipping.
