Approximately May 2009, I had damage to my roof from a storm. I contracted Storm Damage Specialists to repair my roof. I gave them approximately 2, 300 dollars to begin work. To this date, March 2011, they have done nothing. I asked for my money back and Jim Kennedy said he didn't have the money and would have to make payments. I haven't heard from Jim, no phone calls telling me money was coming or a time frame to expect payments to start. My roof still leaks and I am very frustrated. read full review »

Cloud nine systems cleaned my carpet with the wrong products. Concequently the carpet in my media room was damaged beyond repair. Cloud nine system made several visits which only made the intial situation worst. Cloud nine admitted on several occation that the problem was their fault and agreed to replace the carpet. 2010 Nitro bought April 2010. Called dealer to schedule a defect and was told to bring the car to the dealer. The sun roof visor constantly rattles and the clock looses approx. 5 minutes per month. The serv ice department stated all Nitros sun roof visors rattle and that i would have to "live with it". My family purchased a total of 5 Color Nooks from B&N over the 2010 holiday season. After being loyal customers for two decades we encountered repeated problems with the Nooks and could not get a response from customer service. The store wouldn't help us at all. When my bank card company denied the charge for Tara that I was going to make in order to receive my reading, that set off red flags for me. The money was in my account to more than cover the amount for the reading, but my card company/bank said they don't approve transactions from overseas. After filing eviction papers on one of my tenants, they hired attorney Dennis Chen to represent them. Mr. Chen managed to get the case dismissed after the tenants moved out. Now he is fighting me for his fees which are outrageous. 80 hours on an eviction case. That seems a little far fetched. After attending a hearing on the attorney fees, the judge awarded him the fees, but not at 80 hours only 8 hours. The RMD Securities Inc claims department send me a check and a letter stating that I am a winner from a swepstakes lottery. They said I won $50, 000 US and they send me the $2990.25 check to cover the taxes so they can send me the $50, 000. The $2990.25 will be deducted from the $50, 000. Bought and returned shoes from FootSmart. Notified Monday they received returns and would refund money in 2 business days. Called on the 3rd day, was told money was credited it my account, but takes 2 billing cycles to show. I was told I had to click on a particular box to unscrable my entire system (which didn't have a problem until this box appeared) and when I did there appeared a $99.90 charge on my account, but I got no service or address or phone number to contact them. Our two Contour Adjustable Beds were delivered, on 3/12/2011, set up and demonstrated. A short time later I raised the bed to put the bottom sheet on. I put my left hand on the raised section, of the mattress, and leaned over to put the corner of the sheet over the corner of the bed and the frame of the bed broke off causing the bed to collapse and me to fall. This business solicited our company to do cleaning of our building. We signed a year contract with them. When we signed, we had a different franchise owner. After about 6 months, he was replaced by another owner. We learned that he had been jerked around by the franchise, sueed them & won. Now they are doing a really bad job of cleaning our offices, cannot speak English, so we have not communication.
