I ordered 2 back (clavicle) supports expecting to get the same support as pictured. The universal support that I ordered was defective in that the adjustment straps were sewn at the top of the spacer strap rather than at the bottom as shown in their picture, thus the spacer strap simply hung down flapping freely.
