I bought a Instruction kit for a job. They told me I could get my money back if it was not something I wanted to do. I read the book, talked to the representation, Michael Holt, and even talked to his supervisor. After all that I told them it was not what they told me the job was originally and I wanted my money back. I left a message and the next day talked to Mr Holt, who told me that he had already put it through. That was in mid-January and I still don't have the money back. We bought an Angel bed i think five years ago. It was great at first, but within a few months it started to remember where we slept and had slight body impressions. In December 2010 I signed with Worldpay for a 3 year contract that I expected to cost me $25 a month maximum since business has been slow. The cost with less than $100 in transactions was $46.78. I called and complained and they refunded $9.99 of the fee although I was told that $15.98 would be waived. They told me that i signed a contract saying that i wasn’t able to cancel my subscription with them. I don’t recall signing anything, they signed me up through the phone so i don’t have any written proof that i signed any sort of contract. This website purports to be able to obtain an EIN number from the IRS for a dead person's estate. It charges $150 to do so. In fact, an EIN number is available from the IRS for FREE. In addition, any third party who tries to get an EIN number for an estate (that is, anyone other than the Executor) must have written authorization from the Executor to do so, and if lacking that, the third party is acting illegally. Virus causes a popup after you have made an online purchase with a credit card. The Virus persists locking out the execution of all programs including the Task Manager until you submit a request for the purchase their antivirus software at which point they charge your credit card account for $99.99 but do not deliver any antivirus software.
