I found the salesperson Jim McMuchy to be nice at first until I didn't agree on my trade in price. He low balled it so bad I thought I was going to fall off my chair. I bought a limited edition Parker 51 2002 Empire State Building pen in 2009. It came with a lifetime warranty. I cleaned the nib the other day and found that the barrel - where the nib goes into the barrel was cracked. I subsequently found out these pens were defectively manufactured. Hotwire=Bad Business I recently made a rental car reservation, but had to cancel the entire trip. Hotwire REFUSED to cancel the reservation. Not only did they refuse to work with me about the reservation, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. Poor communication with this organization. They've ranked me as stated, but can not seem to do so using the appropriate key words that specify the true work I do. So, now instead of doing sustainable landscape design, they have me appearing to be an expert in decks, retaining walls and water features. We workd with Family Link as foster to adopt parents and they were incredibly unprofessional and more importantly not christlike as advertised. The turnover rate for the employees there is so high that in less than 12 months we changed caseworkers 4 times. 1 of those case workers was great but the other 3 just didn't seem very caring in a job where caring really matters. After my experience with them and with CPS as well, I recommend only international or private adoptions which is a shame. There are so many children in the US that need homes but if you go through CPS, especially using Family Link, it will probably just end in heartache. read full review »

We had a pop up on our computer saying we had 13 viruses detected and that we needed to buy this software to get rid of it. We purchased the software from a company calle Marketing Soft Solutions for 99.00. Only to realize later that the software and pop up was a virus. This company apparently keeps changing it's name. Recently I got an English- Turkish translation job worth 207 dollars from Amanda Stotts and Paul Fullerton claiming to be from ABC translations in Los Angeles. The deal was that they would pay in two weeks after delivery, but, well, as you can guess, they never wrote back to my e-mails. ABC translations has a website with phone numbers, etc but I don't want to bother myself to pay for the international calls. Anyway, don't do anything for these people or ABC translations. They spam you with an e-mail which tells you they will advertise your company in their website. All you need to do is to fill in and sign a form. Once you realise the scam you will see on their website they demand 2940 Euros for this "privilege", posted on their "Terms and Conditions" page and they already have your company stamp and/or signature on a form which is sent to their physical address. I purchased a used Dell notebook computer from this Company in January. A few weeks later it stopped working, so I brought it back & nice computer technician told me memory was bad. Owner Thien Truong then told me I had to purchase memory chip to replace bad one. I told him I just bought this computer from this company & I am not going to buy another memory chip when it was defective in the first place!
