AmeriCredit Online
We paid timely on our loan, knew we had an awful interest rate, but kept plugging away for 3 years. A week ago we were in a horrific accident, and the car was deemed a total loss. AmeriCredit gave me 2 weeks to pay another payment on the loan, or to pay it off. Of course, the payoff was more than my actual loan total on our bill, and because of the severity of the accident, our paperwork was in our glove box, which we couldn’t get to due to the accident being far from our home, and a few children hospitalized and top priority.

Charlie Reeves
The big crook, Charlie Reeves, he is a swindler and a thief. This dude has no boundaries he would rip off anyone and he has. He has ripped off other businesses. They did not bother suing him for unpaid merchandise, example auto parts. They may have decided to not bother suing for hundreds or a thousand dollars.
Charlie Reeves has moved out without paying the rent on the shops that they have been in. Charlie Reeves claims that he has other locations in Arlington, Plano, Richardson, Dallas, but he really only has that one shop in Garland... read full review »

Grappone Honda
I found the salesperson Jim McMuchy to be nice at first until I didn't agree on my trade in price. He low balled it so bad I thought I was going to fall off my chair. When I complained and asked for a more fair price he got very upset and turned red and began speaking down to me in a more intimidating voice. He finally brought up the trade price. He then turned me over to financing where I was given a very high interest rate and since it was so late now if I wanted the car I should take the deal now. I told them I would wait til morning... read full review »
Parker 51 Ltd. Edition
I bought a limited edition Parker 51 2002 Empire State Building pen in 2009. It came with a lifetime warranty. I cleaned the nib the other day and found that the barrel - where the nib goes into the barrel was cracked. I subsequently found out these pens were defectively manufactured. I sent the pen to Parker and was told they would not repair the pen - in fact they no longer had parts and couldn't. I did not send the warranty with the pen initially because I couldn't find it. I subsequently found the warranty and sent it to the... read full review »

Hotwitre
Hotwire=Bad Business I recently made a rental car reservation, but had to cancel the entire trip. Hotwire REFUSED to cancel the reservation. Not only did they refuse to work with me about the reservation, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. At one point I had to ask the rude agent (Chris # 1888) if he was serious when he said his "system" would not allow me to hold for a supervisor. To make matters worse I called the rental car agency directly, they told me they were unable to edit the reservation, but if the car was not picked... read full review »

Poor communication with this organization. They've ranked me as stated, but can not seem to do so using the appropriate key words that specify the true work I do. So, now instead of doing sustainable landscape design, they have me appearing to be an expert in decks, retaining walls and water features. These element relfect a very small portion of the work I actually do. I'm completely dis-satisfied and am trying to dispute my final payment. Their repsonse time is horrific, they don't seem to understand or care. Its been a big waste of time and has negatively impacted my business. read full review »
Family Link Foster Care & Adoption Agency
We workd with Family Link as foster to adopt parents and they were incredibly unprofessional and more importantly not christlike as advertised. The turnover rate for the employees there is so high that in less than 12 months we changed caseworkers 4 times. 1 of those case workers was great but the other 3 just didn't seem very caring in a job where caring really matters. After my experience with them and with CPS as well, I recommend only international or private adoptions which is a shame. There are so many children in the US that need homes but if you go through CPS, especially using Family Link, it will probably just end in heartache. read full review »
