I purchased a pair of glasses at this establishment. I knew and expected to pay some of the fee out of pocket due to the way my vision insurance worked. I did not have a problem with that. I had the exam, and picked out a pair of frames. All was good and I was told to check back in a few days, and they should be ready by then. They broke things, put on a serpentine belt that didn't go to a ford or SUV, they bent parts, put hood back on crooked chipping paint, damaged a pulley & to top it all off after $3200.00+, the service manager was rude & hung up on me when I questioned dup part charges. Global eyeglasses got my order wrong - they made my computer glasses photochromic while my regular prescription for outside ( that should have got darker in sunlight) was plain. I bought an item on eBay and sent a money order and when I received the item I purchased I also had some postal guy show up to my door talking about credit fraud. The item I bought with a money order was actually bought with a stolen credit card. I may have to repay for the tv I bought. And the guy who I bought it from isn't caught. I did research and it turns out what happened was he purchased the tv from a retail site with stolen CC after I sent he money order.. When you block them, they expeditiously change their e-mail address from which they spam you and continue their fraudulent deceptive practices. The worst thing is that Mizzen Media Management is located in Canada, meaning that they don't fall under the FTC laws and you can't report them to FTC for that reason.
