On 2/17/11, I was having s/s of my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I had to get to the post office before 5pm to pick up medication that had been shipped from my pharmacy an hour away. The merchandise I received (2 pair of shoes) are of poor quality. They won't let me return the shoes or give me any credit. Don't buy a support contract from Frys. I live in Plano Texas and have had the worst experience of my life relative to support and service from a retailer. Seven service tickets in less then a year and they use every excuse and loophole to avoid taking responsibility. The most extreme example I have every had of incompetence and lack of concern. As far as escalating to someone with brains, forget about that too. They are so well organized to divert complaints that you are constantly directed back to a lower level manager that lacks the foresight or authority to make a decision. I bought two pairs of Jeans from this site which were advertised as genuine Evisu Jeans. Washed one pair as instructed, hung them up to dry, when I put them back on they had shrunk. I have emailed them 4 times in the last week to sort the matter out only to be ignored everytime. They are quick enough to take your money but when things go wrong they don't want to know. The sales people promised quality prime meat, 2 1/2 lbs of meat for 5+ days a week for 6 months, chicken, steak, fish, pork, chop meat. The fish fillets have many bones and taste and smell lousy, the beef is not prime, it is poor quality, not prime, they filled the entire freezer with mostly chicken and chop meat. They try to pressure you into a LOAN, if you refuse they make a phone call to their "boss" and suddenly accept a credit card! I took my car to Just For Brakes in Marietta, Ga back in March 2011 due to squeaking and vibration when I braked. I was inquiring about the $99 special. My car was inspected and I was told that I needed calibers. I was told the complete job would be about $400 dollars. Have a 2007 Outlander. Bought GPS update dated September 2010, but it still does not have streets that are 5 years old and is similarly out of date regarding restaurants. Want to return but since it's installed, dealership (Stohlman in Tysons Corner, VA) says they can't take it back and gave me Mitsubishi number. Mitsubishi pointed me back to the dealer (though did say that GPS updates are generally 18-24 months behind - of course this was never mentioned when I bought and it's still not true in that it's really over 5 years behind in some cases).
