Had 4 sets of business cards done the same day as samples. Same day as I said, fast! I then proceeded to order 19 more sets all of which were completed the very next day. This is not about the guilt or innocence of a customer who was being stopped by a security guard, or whether or not she should have been stopped. I am not in a position to know the answer to either of these two questions. This is about the excessive force used on a woman and the lack of care given an infant who was within arm's length of their struggle. denied our claim and treated us like we were the criminal by sending us to siu, unit and they had no reason to send us to that department there had never been a claim filed in the past years of being insured by them.. WILLIAM DAVID SEIGEL ADVERTISED A CAR ON EBAY STATING THE CAR WAS AS IS, HOWEVER IN THE DESCRIPTION HE SAYS: What she needs to finish… 1st thing is a 12” section of frame rail should be replaced. We already bought the steel, just need to get her on a lift to weld in new section. A custom built auto rotisserie is included in the sale (see picture). Sprint Nextel Corp, Sprint Prepaid Group, and Boost Mobile LLC have unjustly turned off this disabled Veteran’s phone service where the bill is current and paid. This disabled Veteran relies on his cell phone for contact with medical providers and emergency responders - even the doorbell to his building rings through to his cell phone. Our area suffered a widespread power failure beginning during the late evening hours of Tuesday, February 1, 2011 and our power was restored at approximately 9:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. I purchased AVG 2011 Antivirus thinking it would help protect my personal information when I went online, 2 weeks later after the software was installed on my laptop I contracted a Rootkit while on Google Chrome. We bought Trip Mate Insurance from Viking River Cruises for a trip to Paris. Our flights were cancelled due to severe winter storms. We filed a claim, and it was denied (even though this was a covered claim!). We filed an appeal, wrote to the CEO of Viking River Cruises, and filed a dispute with our credit card company since we had not received the services for which we paid. I bought a 2008 Cadillac SRX at Balise Chevy in Warwick, RI and had nothing but issues with the car. The car has been taken to the Cadillac dealership for repairs 7 times since we've owned the car and we only have owned the car for 5 months. The car had to have the battery, ultinater, traction control system and verious other wiring repairs also the back door windows are loose. I pressed a button for free trial offer and found out that I had signed up for the program of them sending me cartridges every month and charging me 99.95 a month to sign up and 59.95 a month for the cartridges which I do not want. I was getting the trial offer for my brother to try and quit smoking. I do not even smoke and do not want to be involved in this program. I paid the 4.95 trial offer, and I am done with these scammers. This company should be banned from doing business on the internet. Ira Woods & Sons has failed to ship a 6.5" Shun Classic Nakiri kitchen knife ordered more than 8 weeks ago. The original ship estimate on irawoods.com was listed at 48 hours. First complaint resulted in a response from customer service that the item would not ship for 2 weeks. More than 8 weeks and several complaints later, the company has "adjusted" the estimated ship date twice, refused 3 requests for a refund, and repeatedly avoided correcting what's become a very bad situation. Today I received a bill for home phone service from AT&T, which is interesting considering I never started phone service. I have Time Warner Cable (bundled package) and have never so much as contacted AT&T to inquire about rates. But, out of nowhere, they usurped my home phone number and sent me a bill for a month's worth of service: $26.40. I ordered 4 iron bistro chairs from St. Simon's Beach Rentals. The chairs depicted on their website were the same as iron bistro chairs sold by Horchow.com. The photos that St. Simons used were the same photos on Horchow.com as well. The chairs were supposed to have a very natural iron finish. We also had this problem, We were told that we would be charged 34$ a month for internet, they were giving us a special deal because we told them before we got it hooked up to forget it. You see they sent a truck over, but no one ever came and rang our bell or knocked on our door. My mom and sister saw the truck leaving our apartment complex. Summerwinds sales people have a bad habit of telling the clients things that are untrue. Such as buying their timeshares for an investment, this is illegal. They also promise to buy back your timeshare, they won't. And during the "close" they will drop the price telling you they got this one back because someone upgraded, lie. When you upgrade they just add points onto your ownership, they do not take back points or weeks and sell them to you for what was owed on them. Since Friday February the 4th, the apartments shutdown the water, for the entire complex, because the temperatures were below 32 degrees. The water is still not on today, Sunday February the 6th. I went to use the pump with my credit card and the pump accepred my card information then it shut offf immediately and said thankyou and my bill was $27.00 eventhough I had not received and gasoline. I filed my taxes last month and I was to receive them direct deposit on the 28th of January.
