We currently have 10 units covered by Sensible Home Warranty contracts. In the almost two years we have placed maybe four (4) calls for service, out of those 4 calls we have not been reimbursed for 1 repair which we had to end up calling our own contractor in for repairs. Another call is still currently open ( 4 days and a lot of lip service but no contractor to repair a blower motor in our heater furnace. I saved some cash to buy a car and I gave them to Towne Ford. Next thing I know I was reported to the IRS. I gave them business and wanted to receive some customer service but I didn't know they also provide FBI or CIA service... I understand they are required by law to report the transaction but I am very upset they didn't have the heart to tell me when I handed them the cash. If you want to be treated like terrors. This broker booked 2 loads with us last fall. We moved their freight promptly and have had nothing but trouble getting paid. The 1st invoice was due on 8/28/10 and wasn't paid until 10/20/10. The 2nd load was due on 10/28/10 and is still outstanding! The excuses they made when we started having trouble with them were so ridiculous, they actually told us they couldn't pay us because they didn't have a broker packet on file! British Air had requirements about his checking in etc, which he followed but the BA website would not let him indicating that he had to do that at the airport. On January 28th, 2011 (Japan) I tried to book a roundtrip flight from NRT (Tokyo Narita) to SEA (Seattle Tacoma) departing March 22nd and returning April 5th on the Delta.com website to visit my family. I bought Taylormade R-9 driver for $265 and CGB Max Irons for $310, they are fakes. The driver has a rattle so I contacted Taylormade and they verified that it isn't theirs. These clubs look like the real thing and can fool a golf shop but the serial numbers don't match. They show you one price to get you to buy then they don't follow up emailing you the order with pricing so they can get you on the phone to verify something stupid so they can try and sell you up with accessories at high prices. If you don't go for their extras they jack up the price of the camera. I got charged $44 more for the listed price on the camera I bought and they said they gave me a package deal. No deal, just bare bones out of the box with the only extra was a lens cleaning kit that you can buy for a couple of bucks! They make their site look like the NFL's, but have nothing to do with the NFL.
