I am receiving automated phone calls MOnday through Friday that I never signed up for, dont know who this company is, and the recording gives me no "opt out" to stop receiving these calls. Their website speaks of getting these calls free for 10 days; my calls are past 10 days...will they charge me; don't think they even have a credit card number of mine since I never requested these calls, nor have I ever heard of them. This company was truly a waste of time. NetCom prides itself on being a being recognized from many software vendors but does not say that these certified individuals did not get it through NetCom. Everything on the syllabus was bogus. A lot of portions of the materials in my Oracle Database 11g class was skipped, and not covered. Alarman's prices are extremely high, we were quoted R22000 to fix our alarm which is only worth about R12000.00. It takes them days to fix something. They also charge you full price for computer software for your alarm but don't give you the originals which is what you paid for, but copies of the software, this is fraud and totally unacceptable. My vehicle has been to Action Ford Constantia over 10 times for the same problem. My little 1.3 bantam has never been right since day one. I have an idling problem that apparently cannot be fixed!!! They have accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle when my car has been with them, and I really believe that they have tried to come to the party, but I think there workshop lacks the skills to fix the problem. Action Fords solution to the problem is for me to buy a new vehicle, which will cost me thousands of Rands. I cannot afford a new vehicle, and they have given up on the problem. Installers of a window in my newly fitted kitchen stood on the granite counter top (despite having a ladder to use) and cracked the granite in two places. When I spoke to the company owner the next day (a Saturday) he said he was so sorry and he was 'committed to fixing this for me'. By Monday they had done an about face and refused to pay for the damage which totalled R6000 and said that the quote excludes 'consequential damages'. Lawyers told me this is not consequential damages but gross negligence.
